Privacy Policy for DeepGlow

This privacy policy applies to the DeepGlow iOS application (hereby referred to as "Application") created and provided by the Service Provider (contact: deepglow.sup@outlook.com). This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects the following information when you use it:
User-Provided Information:
- Authentication Data: When signing in via Apple ID, we collect your email and Firebase-assigned user ID.
- Activity Data: Records of image creation events (timestamps and actions).
Note: Uploaded photos are processed in real-time and never stored on our servers.
- Payment Data: For in-app purchases (credits), we store purchase dates, product IDs, and associated user IDs.
Automatically Collected Information:
- Device IP address
- Session duration and feature usage timestamps
- Device operating system (iOS version)
- Crash and performance logs (via Firebase)
The Application does not collect:
- Precise physical location
- Personal identifiers beyond your authentication email
- User photos (processed images are discarded immediately after editing)
Purpose of Data Collection
We use collected information to:
- Provide core functionality (photo editing, IAP processing)
- Provide customer support
- Maintain user accounts and transaction history
- Analyze app performance and improve features
- Respond to customer support requests
- Prevent fraud or abuse
Third-Party Services
We integrate these services with strict data limitations:
All third parties adhere to industry-standard data protection frameworks.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We only disclose information:
- To comply with legal requests (e.g., subpoenas)
- If necessary to investigate fraud or violations
- With service providers (like Firebase) who are contractually prohibited from independent data use
- Never sold to advertisers or data brokers
Photo Library Access
The Application requests Limited Photo Library Access to:
- Enable photo selection for editing
- Guarantee: Selected photos are temporarily uploaded for real-time AI processing and immediately discarded after editing. No images are retained.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Activity and payment data: Retained for 2 years (for transaction auditing)
- Account information: Persists until account deletion

Opt-Out & Rights
- Stop data collection: Uninstall the Application
- Withdraw photo access: Adjust iOS Privacy Settings
- Disable analytics: Turn off "Share Analytics" in iOS Settings
Children's Privacy
The Application:
- Does not target users under 13
- Never knowingly collects data from minors
- Complies with COPPA regulations
Policy Updates
We will:
- Notify users via in-app alerts for material changes
- Post updated policies in the App Store listing
