By downloading or using DeepGlow (the "App"), created by Othmane Ayay ("Service Provider," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Prohibited: Reverse engineering, modifying, copying, or extracting source code. All intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights) remains ours.
App features require "credits" purchased via In-App Purchases (IAP). Credits do not expire and are tied to your account. All sales are final; no refunds unless required by law.
Uploaded photos are processed by AI to provide editing services. We claim no ownership over your edited content.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to Apple’s payment terms.
IAPs cannot be transferred between Apple IDs/devices. Manage subscriptions/refunds via your Apple ID settings.
Pricing and credit values are displayed before purchase.
Safeguard your device and App access. We’re not liable for unauthorized use.
Avoid jailbreaking/rooting. This voids security and may disrupt App functionality.
The App requires internet (Wi-Fi/cellular). You bear data/roaming charges.
We may modify, suspend, or charge for services with prior notice.
AI outputs are experimental. We disclaim liability for editing results.
Content from external sources (e.g., cloud services) is provided "as-is."
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (linked in App Store). We collect photos solely to provide editing services and delete processed images promptly.
We may terminate access for violations. On termination: Unused credits are forfeited. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive.
We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance. Check the App/website for changes.
